Knowledge Network

The Genesys Knowledge Network connects all Genesys product supporting information under one roof. No matter how you enter the network, you can always find everything you need using our universal navigation and unified search. When logged in, your content becomes personalized, displaying info that is specific to you while enabling the ability to favorite and position content to suit your taste.
Community

The Genesys Community project involved the consolidation of three separate communities built upon three different community platforms. Historical content as well as the members of those communities were migrated over. Now one site accommodates all product communities. Our communities continue to multiply and grow.
Beyond
beyond.genesys.com
The Beyond project brings together a cross-functional team to not only deprecate multiple learning management systems and their corresponding sites (consolidating that content under one roof) but to develop a modern front end completely engineered in house.
